1913 BUNGALOW

Remodel / Addition / Furnishing (Whole House)

project scope:

Sacramento, California

location:

Tucked in a quiet Sacramento neighborhood, this charming bungalow was lovingly expanded and reimagined for a couple preparing to welcome their first child. After years spent living in New York, they returned home with a desire to start fresh—leaving behind their furnishings in favor of timeless pieces with integrity and longevity. With just three months on the clock before baby’s arrival, we moved with clarity and intention: extending the footprint, refining the finishes, and layering in warmth through natural textures—velvet, linen, travertine, oak, wool. The result is a soft, grounded backdrop for a new chapter of life.
