Atelier Gardey is based in Northern California and available for projects throughout the West Coast, across the U.S., and internationally. We also offer a range of virtual services for remote clients or those looking for flexible support, wherever they’re located.

The earlier, the better. We recommend hiring us alongside your contractor and architect.

Every project is unique, and pricing is tailored based on scope, location, and the level of support you’re looking for. Some services are billed hourly, while others—like consultations, site walkthroughs, and installation days—are offered at a flat rate. Once we understand your goals, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of projected costs. If helpful, we’re happy to share ballpark budgets from recent projects with a similar scope.

Timelines vary depending on the project. A full new build might span 12+ months, while something like Designer for a Day is, of course, completed in 8 hours.
In general, the design phase takes around 4 weeks, furnishings around 4-6 weeks, and hard finishes around 8-10 weeks. For a more detailed timeline, please inquire.
